Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Living Kitzbühel slippers. If your order isn't the right fit, returning or exchanging your slippers is quick and easy.

Return Policy

  • Every order includes a prepaid UPS return label for convenient returns.
  • Returns must be requested and received within 30 days of your order date.
  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns of footwear that has been worn beyond a brief indoor try-on, or shoes that have been modified, altered, adjusted, or are missing footbeds.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

We want to make finding the right fit as easy as possible.

  • If you order multiple pairs and keep at least one pair, your restocking fee will be waived.
  • If all pairs from an order are returned, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We make exchanges simple and include a form with each order.

  • One exchange request is permitted per order.
  • Fill out the form included with your order, making sure you fill out the section on what you're sending back, and what you want to receive in exchange.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 30 days and the returned footwear must be unworn and in its original packaging.
  • If your exchange is for a higher-priced item or includes additional products, we'll email you an invoice for the price difference. Payment must be received within 48 hours, or the exchange will be canceled and processed as a refund instead.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
  • 5–10 additional business days for your refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your return has been processed or your exchange has shipped.

Purchases from Authorized Retailers

This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through LK-USA.com.

If you purchased your Living Kitzbühel slippers from an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding returns, exchanges, or warranty assistance, as their policies may differ.

Original Purchaser Requirement

For privacy and security, only the original purchaser may request a return, exchange, or warranty claim. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method, and replacement or exchanged orders can only be shipped to the original shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Shoes worn beyond a brief indoor try-on
  • Footwear that has been altered, repaired, or modified
  • Shoes missing footbeds or original packaging
  • Products not purchased directly from LK-USA.com

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused or donated.
