Shipping & Delivery
At Living Kitzbühel USA, we're committed to getting your new slippers to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and order processing for purchases made on LK-USA.com.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via UPS Ground Saver, with USPS completing the final delivery to your address.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within several business days after shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on the size of your order:
- $12.00 shipping for orders containing one pair of slippers.
- $16.00 shipping for orders containing two or more pairs.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable if your order is returned.
Shipping Destinations
Living Kitzbühel currently ships to:
- The 48 contiguous United States
- Washington, D.C.
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.
If you need to update your shipping address, change your order, or request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before your order ships.
