Impressed..high quality shoe, amazing customer service

The Kocha mens slipper is made with high quality products that are amazingly soft and comfortable with a firm and sturdy shape.

Ordered the wrong size the first go around. Requested a 44, needed a 45 (suggest one size up from normal shoe size). Customer service was amazing and so was the exchange process. It was refreshing.

Very impressed and will be ordering more shoes in the future.
